Precision Casting & Machining
The foundation of a durable pump lies in its mechanical structure. Our facility utilizes advanced aluminum die-casting machines and CNC machining centers to produce high-precision components. This ensures perfect alignment of the rotor and stator, minimizing vibration and noise in our Submersible and Gasoline Pumps.
Automated Motor Winding
The heart of every pump is its motor. We employ fully automated winding machines to ensure a 100% copper filling rate. Precise winding tension and turn counts guarantee that our Solar Pump BLDC motors and Surface Pump induction motors deliver rated power without overheating.
Hydrodynamic Impeller Balancing
Efficiency is determined by hydraulics. Our engineers use dynamic balancing equipment to calibrate every impeller. This optimization reduces turbulence and cavitation, allowing our Centrifugal and Jet Pumps to achieve higher heads and flow rates while consuming less electricity.
Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Pumps often fail due to rust, especially in solar irrigation and deep wells. We apply electrophoretic coating (E-coat) and multi-layer powder painting to all cast iron surfaces. This provides superior protection against saline water for our Submersible and Solar Pump casings.
High-Pressure Endurance Testing
Before leaving the factory, every pump must pass a rigorous pressure test. We subject our Submersible Pumps to high-pressure water submersion tests and our Surface Pumps to static pressure tests to ensure zero leakage at the mechanical seal and gasket interfaces.
Final Assembly & Packaging
In our dust-free assembly workshops, skilled technicians perform final fitting and oil filling for Submersible Pumps. Each unit is individually packed with reinforced cartons and wooden crate options, ensuring your order arrives safely at the destination port.
